Несколько объединений, представляющих интересы российского бизнеса, обратились в Верховный Суд РФ, пишут сегодня «Ведомости».

Его просят отказаться от недавно высказанной идеи считать неуплату налогов, не оконченную в крайний день уплаты, преступлением, тянущимся все то время, пока недоимка не будет полностью погашена.

Это позволяет удлинить срок с трех лет фактически до бесконечности и дает правоохранителям возможность всегда иметь основания наказать за неуплату налогов.

Идея ВС РФ изложена лишь в готовящемся постановлении Пленума. Но если его не переубедить в губительности этой идеи для инвестклимата, то последствия могут быть крайне негативными.
