С сентября стало больше случаев, когда необходимо уведомлять Роскомнадзор о намерении обрабатывать персданные. Нововведения касаются и обработки личных сведений работников нанимателями. В информации от 01.09.2022 Роскомнадзор сообщал, что бланки уведомлений об обработке персданных будут утверждены позже. До этого момента отчитаться можно, заполнив форму на портале персданных, или на бумаге, утвержденную Приказом от 30.05.2017 № 94.

Теперь на портале опубликования проектов НПА размещен проект приказа ведомства, которым будут утверждены новые бланки уведомлений. Всего утверждается три формы уведомлений:

о намерении осуществлять обработку персданных;
корректировке ранее поданных сведений;
прекращении обработки персданных.
