Банк России разъяснил, как вернуть страховую премию, если страхователь решил расторгнуть договор на особый вид добровольного страхования — «Комбинированный». Такой договор обеспечивает страхование нескольких объектов, относящихся к разным видам страхования.

Чтобы осуществить возврат, необходимо:

Подать заявление. На это дается 14 дней от даты составления договора, день внесения страхового платежа значения не имеет.
Учесть, что отказаться от страхования одного объекта из нескольких не получится.
Знать, что страховой платеж возвращается целиком. Исключение одно — договор уже начал действие. Только в этом случае страховщик вправе удержать часть страхового платежа, приходящегося на время действия договора. Других случаев неполной выплаты закон не предлагает.
